Western Wellness is located in Point Cook, Victoria opposite Williams Landing train station. Our modern and contemporary yoga studio provides the ultimate suburban escape from the busyness of our day-to-day lives.

Our spacious studio is a day spa for the soul and features;

Class Times

We offer a variety of classes times, 7 days a week to suit your schedule. Choose from 32+ weekly classes including;

  • Early Birds: 5:30am Mon - Fri
  • After School Drop Off: 9:30am Mon - Fri 
  • After Work De-Stressor: 6:00pm and 6:30pm Mon - Fri
  • Evening Night Cap: 7:30pm and 8:00pm Mon - Thur
  • Weekenders: 8:00am, 8:30am & 9:30am Sat & 8:00am, 9:30am & 11:00am
  • Meditation: 8:00pm Mon, & Wed and 9:30am Sun

Class Styles

Our yoga and meditation classes are open to everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis and everyone in between, we offer a variety of class styles to choose from including;

Yoga (All Levels): Our foundation yoga sequence which is suitable for all levels of strength, flexibility and fitness. Beginners - start here.

Yoga (Core & Strength): Develop overall body strength, improved tone and a stronger mid-section. 

Yoga (Refine & Align): Learn the principles of correct alignment, workshop selected yoga poses and explore new ways to align and progress foundation postures.

Yoga (Relaxation): The perfect balance between yoga and meditation. Classes are slow-paced and explore the restorative side of yogic practice. Overcome sleepless nights, busy minds and learn how to simply relax. Suitable for all yogis including beginners, injuries and fertility treatment.

Meditation: Learn how to observe the mind to access a deeper state of relaxation and inner peace. Meditation is exercise for the mind - give your mind the workout it needs. Suitable for everyone, especially stressed out and anxious yogis. Find out more...

Pregnancy Yoga 5 Week Course: Pregnancy yoga classes are a specialised form of yoga adapted from traditional yoga poses to make yoga 100% safe throughout pregnancy. Classes are relaxing and help prepare mum-to-be for labour and birth physically, mentally and emotionally. Classes have a strong emphasis on breathing and meditation techniques to help manage labour and connect with baby. Find out more...

If your new to yoga or Western Wellness we recommend taking advantage of our $30 for 30 Days Yoga & Meditation Membership Trial.

The trial is the perfect opportunity to try our 32+ weekly yoga and meditation classes. As part of the trial you'll receive 30 consecutive days to try as many classes and class styles as you like 1, 2 , 3, 10 or more! You don't have to come every day, only as many times ask you like. We recommend attending at least 2 classes each week in your trial period to decide if yoga and meditation is for you.

Membership, Pricing & Specials

If you'd like to make yoga and meditation a regular part of your weekly routine we offer a variety of pricing options to suit your budget and lifestyle. Such as monthly memberships that offer great discounts and lots of perks, pay-as-you-go pricing for casual and drop classes and great concession rate discounts for pension card, senior’s card and full time student card holders.
