The retreat offers a weekend of interactive workshops and reflective practice. Over two days you will develop your own personalised transformation plan, learn sustainable tools and tips to overcome emotional and mental roadblocks and discover how to make long-term change in any area of your life. 

Facilitated by Western Wellness & Transform YOU founder Stuart Harrison, the retreat infuses the practical teachings of yogic philosophy and yogic practices to overcome roadblocks that hold you back from living your best life.

Upon registration, participants are provided with a comprehensive retreat workbook and study guide that contains simple to use yogic tools and exercises for completion prior to the retreat. Participants are also recommended to read Stuart Harrison’s motivational eBook Follow Your Heart prior to attending.

At the conclusion of the retreat, all participants will receive a certificate of participation that can be credited towards professional development for Western Wellness Yoga Teacher Training graduates.

The retreat is exclusively limited to 16 participants.

Transform YOU Retreat Vs Coaching Program

Coaching Program: Our Transform YOU Coaching program takes place over 90 days. Participants work one-on-one with a dedicated life coach to achieve their coaching goals. Working one-on-one with a dedicated life coach helps you to stay focused and keep on track, however the program also requires an investment of $2,200 and a regular weekly commitment. Find out more...

Retreat: The retreat offers a weekend express immersion of our 90 Day Coaching Program without the time commitment or price-tag. The retreat covers all the concepts of change and accesses tools for transformation exclusively covered in our Coaching Program. The retreat offers an intimate group setting of like-minded people where participants share, learn, laugh and grow from their own past experiences and the experiences of others.

  • 9:30am – Program Commences:
    • Part 1: Discovering my Potential 
  • 12:30pm – Lunch
  • 1:30pm – Program Resumes:
    • Part 2: Overcoming Fear
  • 4:45pm - Program Concludes
  • 5:00pm - Evening Yoga & Meditation
  • 6:30pm – Day End

Key Notes:

  • The Urban Retreat is facilitated at Western Wellness, Point Cook.
  • Yoga and meditation classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility and are limited to retreat participants only. Attendance to yoga and meditation classes is optional but highly recommended.
  • Morning / Afternoon tea is provided. Participants are responsible for their own lunch and may like to order from one of the local cafes within walking distance or visit Point Cook & Williams Landing Town Centres which are within a short driving distance.
