Pregnancy yoga was the best and most enjoyable thing I did throughout my pregnancy for both my mind and body. It helped me to calm my busy mind, eased aches and pains and helped me to connect with my unborn child in a way I wouldn't have been able to without. It taught me to let go of what I couldn't control and to just be present which was something I definitely needed in both the pregnancy and labour. I have practiced yoga for years but pregnancy yoga was something truly special and I miss the classes already. I cannot recommend classes highly enough for all pregnant women.
