Western Wellness is located in Point Cook, Victoria opposite Williams Landing train station. Our modern and contemporary yoga studio provides the ultimate suburban escape from the busyness of our day-to-day lives.

We offer a variety of classes times, 7 days a week to suit your schedule. Choose from 32+ weekly classes including;
- After School Drop Off: 9:30am Mon - Fri
- After Work De-Stressor: 6:00pm Mon - Thurs
- Evening Night Cap: 8:00pm Mon - Thur
- Weekenders: 8:00am & 9:30am Sat & Sun
- Meditation: 8:00pm Mon and 9:30am Sun
- Pregnancy Yoga: 11:00am Sunday
Our classes are suitable for beginners (never before stepped on a yoga mat) and yoga lovers of all levels of experience.
All Levels Yoga: Our foundation yoga sequence which is suitable for all levels of strength, flexibility and fitness. Beginners - start here.
Yoga HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training Yoga Style): A whole body workout combining yoga and high intensity interval training. The class utilises small hand weights and body resistance to develop strength, stamina, improved tone and a stronger mid-section. The class is open to everyone and suitable for all levels of strength and flexibility. Start where you are today, for a stronger tomorrow!
Next Level / Intermediate: Designed for yogis who are ready to move to the next level of their yoga practice. Learn progressive class variations, refine alignment and learn new poses.
Relaxation Yoga: Overcome sleepless nights, busy minds and learn how to simply relax. The perfect balance between yoga and meditation. Classes are slow-paced and explore the restorative side of yogic practice. Suitable for all levels, including injures and medical conditions.
Yin Yoga: A slow-paced practice where poses are held for a longer period of time in a relaxed manner, the practice aims to cultivate stillness in mind and body. Suitable for all levels, including injures and medical conditions.
Meditation: Learn how to observe the mind to access a deeper state of relaxation and inner peace. Meditation is exercise for the mind - give your mind the workout it needs. Suitable for everyone, especially stressed out and anxious yogis.
Pregnancy Yoga: Pregnancy yoga classes are a specialised form of yoga adapted from traditional yoga poses to make yoga 100% safe throughout pregnancy. Classes are relaxing and help prepare mum-to-be for labour and birth physically, mentally and emotionally. Classes have a strong emphasis on breathing and meditation techniques to help manage labour and connect with baby. Find out more.
