Are there any age restrictions?
U18 Members: If you are aged between 14 - 17 years you can become a yoga Member with Mum or Dad acting as as a guarantor (they sign a contract on your behalf). If under 18 years you must be aged 14 years and over to attend classes at Western Wellness studio. If you are below the age of 16, you must have a parent or guardian in attendance at the studio and in classes at all times. Yogis below the age of 18 are expected to display adult maturity during class and at the studio.
Mature Members: Age is a number, not a limit! You can be any age to attend classes as Western Wellness, however you must be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance in our All-Levels yoga classes. If you're not currently exercising or have any injuries (aches and pains), health conditions or movement restrictions, we recommend giving us a call before attending our studio to discuss if our classes are suitable for you.

Our unlimited memberships are the best value if you attend 2 or more classes each week. To get the most out your membership yoga should be viewed as a lifestyle and practiced regularly. For good results we recommend practicing yoga twice a week. For body sculpting, strengthening, flexibility and overall good health and wellbeing e recommend practicing yoga between 3 - 4 times a week... or more!
