Yoga class timetable
Join our classes in-person at our Point Cook yoga studio, or enjoy our live-streamed classes from the comfort of your own home.
If it is your first class, or you haven't been to the studio for a while, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health form.
Classes that are labelled with "+ FB Live Stream" are available in studio and online. If you're attending in the studio, there will be a camera in the room that is filming the teacher only: you will not be recorded during the session.
Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to class, and for the safety and enjoyment of all members, late entry is not possible. Please make sure you read our studio etiquette to get the most out of your practice.
Bring your own yoga mat (we can loan you one if you don't have one), hand towel, bottle of water, and a yoga strap or scarf. We have additional props available in the studio for your use during class to help support your practice.
