Designed for all ages and all levels of fitness - Bodyworks is a yoga inspired fitness class that combines strength, cardio, and functional movement with optional light weights to help you burn fat and tone muscle.

Body works is the ultimate work out experience combining strength and conditioning training with high and low intensity exercise to give your body, mind and soul a complete workout.

Western Wellness offers (4) types of classes, design for all age and level of fitness.

Class 1 – Strength & Mobility Training

The stability & mobility class is designed to improve your body's ability to control movement, maintain posture, and prevent injuries by strengthening deep supporting muscles around joints, especially the core, creating a solid foundation for more powerful and efficient movement.

Class 2 – Endurance & Abs

The endurance & abs class is designed to help you build strength and endurance through interval training. You will have optional to practice with high intensity to burn more energy or low intensity to take it easy. The class also focuses on the centre of the body developing core strength, toning the abs, hips, and thighs.

Class 3 – Upper Body Strength & Conditioning

The upper body class is designed to help you build strength and to tone the muscles of the arms, chest, shoulders, and upper back

Class 4 – Lower Body Strength & Conditioning

The lower body class is designed to help you build strength and to tone the muscles of the abs, hips, things & butt!

Getting started with Bodyworks is easy with Western Wellness – you can get started online, and commence your yoga journey with our in-person and online yoga classes.
