Sound Healing - Facilitator Workshop

Who is this for:

• Yoga and wellbeing practitioners interested in sound healing with crystal bowls

• Teachers and educators wanting to add a modality to their skill set

• Aspiring sound healing facilitators

• Individuals on a transformative journey interested in working with sound

What you will learn:

• Advanced crystal bowl techniques and principles

• Learn how to play binaural sounds and understand the effects of sound healing on the brain and parasympathetic nervous system (PNS)

• Understand musical theory and structure, dive into octaves and intervals

• Learn what notes to play together to create sound harmony and dissonance 

• How to deliver a structured sound healing experience using a set of crystal and metal singing bowls, as well other musical instruments.

• How to use your voice to guide the intention of your sound healing experience

• How to be an exceptional sound healing practitioner

• All students will receive a comprehensive training manual inclusive of sound healing templates

Delivery and assessment:

• Onsite workshop - 5 hours

• Home practice - 5 Hours

• Video recorded assessment and workshop assignment - 5 Hours

• Note: Students do not need to have any experience with sound healing and or teaching/facilitation. It is recommended that students bring with them at least 1 crystal or metal singing bowl to the onsite session.
