Our Williams Landing Yoga and Meditation classes are open to everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis - and everyone in between. Classes are designed for all ages and levels of fitness; class are beginner friendly. We also offer specialist pregnancy yoga classes for expecting mums.
We offer In-studio classes from Yoga centre located opposite the Williams Landing train station. Plus, we offer online live-streamed classes and an ever-growing video library, giving you the freedom and flexibility to practice yoga with our experienced teachers in-studio, or in the comfort of your own home. Our yoga practices

Pregnancy yoga
You can start pregnancy yoga classes any time after the first 12 weeks, and throughout your pregnancy. Pregnancy yoga helps you to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth. We also teach calm birthing techniques that preparing you for a positive birthing experience.
Yoga teacher training
If you’re passionate about yoga and want to develop your personal practice, then our yoga education programs are the perfect way to deepen your knowledge and personal relationship with yoga. No previous experience is required just a love for learning yoga.
